We do not know his intention and one could argue that he is seeking to open the gate to penance:

1 Corinthians 6:1-11

"Nor the effeminate, nor liers with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor railers, nor extortioners, shall possess the kingdom of God.
And such some of you were; but you are washed, but you are sanctified, but you are justified in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of our God."

For how would the Church have ever condemned Luther, if he we are incapable of knowing/reading the heart of man? You are asking for the impossible, which only proves that your theology is devoid of any reason.

Luther can be condemned, because he contradicted defined doctrine. Yet as we read:

No popes in the history of the Church have ever made ex cathedra errors. — Rev. Joseph Iannuzzi, theologian of the Gregorian Pontifical University

And the Church has not condemned/deposed any of the conciliar Popes according to the process established by Our Lord.

Matthew 18:17

"And if he will not hear them: tell the church. And if he will not hear the church, let him be to thee as the heathen and publican."

Therefore, you are in violation of the command of Our Lord in holding to your sedevacantism, proudly arrogating to yourself a judicial power which belongs to the church.

As regards intention, more than a theologian, here is the Eternal Father to St Catherine of Siena:

"The second kind of false judgment is directed against a man's neighbor, from which often come many evils, because the wretched man wishes to set himself up as the judge of the affections and heart of other rational creatures, when he does not yet know himself. No, it never materialised. There were rumours that His Grace was coming after the SSPX sent a delegation to Malta, but sadly traditional Catholicism in Malta seems destined to the home-alone option only.
