Who cares what Jacas says.  She already admitted nothing wrong happened between her and the priest, except he stopped emailing her, and she admitted that made her upset.  Then she flip-flopped and said the priest as "grooming" her, which contradicts the fact that he stopped emailing her.
.
The whole case revolves around the Hannah person, whom Jacas says she believes, but others disagree.
.
Jacas could be the most believable, truthful, sincere person on the face of the earth, but the only person that matters is Hannah, and she declined an interview.  Watching an interview with Jacas is a total waste of time.  She can't prove anything.
Since when does exchanging emails with a priest consist of “grooming?”  Their content was inappropriate?  I hope they both still have them, all of them, or they have no case.  I do hope this priest kept the door open or met with the woman in a place where others were readily present.  That’s just common sense for the protection of both.  I guess one could make accusations against me and a fair number of priests, mostly SSPX or Resistance, SSPV, independent, FSSP, and one diocesan TLM.  I’ve NEVER had any priest make anything close to inappropriate comments or actions, whether young, middle-aged, older, close to my age or not.  In fact, a priest emailed me yesterday and I wrote back.  It was about trying to arrange for my elderly aunt to make her confession and receive communion.  It has never occurred to me to save it, but maybe I should?

If Fr. Duverger could be exonerated in a court of law and win damages, it would certainly go a long way towards clearing his name
.
Exonerated from what? To be exonerated means to be put on trial for a crime and be found not guilty.
