  • What took so long?  :applause:
'Take care not to resemble the multitude whose knowledge of God's will only condemns them to more severe punishment.'

  • The source is traditio.com, no paragon of truth or objectivity, so, even though I hope it is true, I need corroboration of the content.

If this article is true, the devil played his last trump card against the SSPX.  Pray that the bishops take over for Fellay, and the  SSPX will be out of danger.
With that event happening, it will be open persectution coming for all of us!

  • Who holds control of the property?  Krah? Fellay?

They still have some "hole cards."

We have to see how it all plays out.
Maybe the three other bishops wont follow thru on ousting Fellay.  Pray much!

  • That would be great. I already know that Bishop Williamson and Bishop Tissier are not interested in any "reconciliation".
Please ignore ALL of my posts. I was naive during my time posting on this forum and didn’t know any better. I retract and deeply regret any and all uncharitable or erroneous statements I ever made here.

The SSPX has not officially rejected anything yet. As the article points out, Bishop Fellay ordered St. George's House to retract its November newsletter which revealed the widespread resistance within the Society to Rome's "Doctrinal Preamble."
"Let us thank God for having called us to His holy faith. It is a great gift, and the number of those who thank God for it is small."

  • During Sunday morning's sermon, I was surprised to hear our pastor state that Rome was none too welcoming to the SSPX "extremists" either.

So it seems the animus cuts both ways.  :argue:
