Bishop Bartolomé Buigues Oller, 58, Costa Rica, published a July 27 decree (https://gloria.tv/post/jutpaDcnnRfU6mB9fKPj4CbcE) which not only bans all Tridentine Masses but also bans the use of Latin in Novus Ordo Eucharists.



Vatican II and Canon 928 which both state that Latin is the main liturgical language are null and void apparently.
