What for, I don't see any point in it since nobody will know who I am.

There are some in the Forum who apparently are afraid of reprisals if they were to ID themselves. I guess you are not one of them.
Could you give us your opinion on the E rev around S vs S rev around E controversy?  :ready-to-eat:

I am a geocentrist. Never will I submit to the "science" of тαℓмυdic Jews and atheists and other enemies of God when it goes against the Faith.

MO is that is what those calling themselves geocentrist are doing.

But the alleged geocentrism was not part of the question. Can you refer us to a Biblical source saying that S rev around E?

    Why is that?

For the moment, I will remain a geocentrist until the issue is officially resolved.

  • Are you related to Pope Pius X?

    I wish.

But alas, no.  Giuseppe Sarto, Laszlo Szijarto

    Sarto vs. Szijarto.

Oh, if you Google my name, that guy is not I.  There's a strange actor/musician-type guy floating around the Richmond VA area and some other guy in Toronto who get most of the Google hits.  You wouldn't think that with a name as unusual as mine.

Pope Pius X's (ne Giuseppe Sarto) father was an immigrant to Italy from Poland.

According to some accounts, his father changed his surname from Krawiec (krov-yets) to Sarto.  Both names mean "tailor".

In 1978, much was made of John Paul II being the first Polish pope.  That's not quite right, that would be Pius X, at least in terms of ethnicity.

I've always thought Pius resembled actor George Kennedy (Dragline in Cool Hand Luke and other roles too numerous to mention).  Doesn't look in the least bit Italian.

Well, I'm a lot of things, but I'm not that stupid.  Poster comes out of nowhere, with 2 or 3 posts to his name, in order to necro-bump a thread from 10 years ago that you'd have to go WAY out of your way to find.  Clearly an attempt to "dox" my identity, probably from an SSPX troll.  As I've said before, it's not ALL that secret, since I have revealed it, but I don't appreciate the intent to dox, even if it technically is not, since I have revealed my name.  It's similar to how there's detraction proper, where you reveal something intrinsically hidden or secret, and then the looser sense of detraction, where you reveal something to someone who had not known about it for no particular reason.  Let's say some other people know about an individual's sin, but the person you're talking to does not.  If there's no GOOD reason to reveal it to that person, i.e. the person would incur no harm for not knowing it or no benefit from knowing it ... where you're just doing it to gossip, that's loosely in the same category as detraction.  Similar to this thread here, where you really have to try to find this thing, and then bump it on purpose.  This individual did not randomly stumble upon the thread, nor was he interested in the identity of Sneakyticks, who hasn't been active here in forever [last post having been about 5 days before this thread].  So the intent is clear.

As for my intent to reveal my identity, it was for those on this forum primarily, since we engage in debates, arguments, and discussions all the time, and wasn't meant to be WIDELY known outside of CathInfo.

Whoever this is, or whoever they are, they like to muddy the waters. It's a jw tactic. Lenin, the crypto-jw (his fake "incorrupt" body is still washed to this day), said that it's important to control both sides. Meaning, jws need to control anti-jwish sentiment. People who are friends with people who promote jws, including jws who pretend to be anti-jwish, are also muddying the waters.

There's a sinister motive behind this type of behavior.

For me, and for most gentiles, being anti-jwish is the single easiest aspect of being Catholic. Gentiles have a natural dislike of jws, whatever their pedigree.

Christopher Hitchens, whose father was gentile, described his father as "mildly anti-semitic." His father died not knowing that he had been married to a crypto-jw.

    Creepy stuff.
Some would have people believe that I'm a deceiver because I've used various handles on different Catholic forums. They only know this because I've always offered such information, unprompted. Various troll accounts on FE. Ben on SuscipeDomine. Patches on ABLF 1.0 and TeDeum. GuitarPlucker, Busillis, HatchC, and Rum on Cathinfo.
