Indeed. The man is committing grave sin, one upon another: heresy, scandal, disobedience to the Church. (I'm just talking about the observable, public stuff, of course.) He is on the road to Hell, even were he a layman, but since he's a priest, he is in great peril.
That said, I'm not holding my breath for Francis to rebuke him or excommunicate him, though both are called for.
