Is "Buchannon Abbey" the place where Petco lived also?

It's so crazy! This brings to mind the fake nurses Nestle Corporation used to hire in 3rd World countries. They dressed in medical costumes to hoodwink naive new mothers into buying baby formula instead of breast feeding!

No; Petko stayed with Ryan St. Anne/Stocks/Scott/WHATEVER (this man has had something, like, 10 aliases) at "Holy Rosary Abbey" in Galesburg, Illinois. It is about 50 miles from me. This man needs to be brought to justice soon.

Ryan Scott has been known as a fraud by many for ages it seems. Sooooo........ when was the last time Petko stayed at Ryan's place?? If it's just within the last few years, he never knew Ryan was a fraud? Just trying to get times & facts straight.

That's what Tom Droleskey wrote, back when he was for Petko before he was against him.

We may never know what the truth is, but, at this point, I am sure Fr. Ramolla is relieved to be rid of him.

Yes, tragically that is correct.

Frauds like this guy need to be more widely exposed lest they resurface again to keep on causing major damage to people's lives, bank accounts, and condition of their souls.

The only people who should approach Ryan Scott are law enforcement authorities.

BTW, when was Petko involved with Scott, and how long did the asociation and collaboration last?

INDEPENDENCE, Iowa --- Ryan St. Anne Scott apparently left his failed venture in Buchanan County with an elderly woman, Roseanna Gevelinger, in his care.

Gevelinger is in her mid- to late 80s and was a member of Scott's alleged religious groups in Galesburg, Ill., and Powers Lake, N.D. Their relationship goes back perhaps a decade.

Scott, who is about 60 years old, testified earlier this month that Gevelinger legally adopted him two years ago in Knox County, Illinois. His driver's license issued in Illinois bears the name Ryan Patrich Scott Gevelinger.

Gevelinger's daughter, Bobbie Fleming, lives in Vermont. She contacted Buchanan County Attorney Shawn Harden and the Buchanan County Sheriff's Office as the situation began to unravel at the former Buchanan County home.

"As of yet, no clue where she is. Just waiting to hear," Fleming wrote in an email to The Courier.

Fleming said her concern is Scott will abandon her mother.

Harden had no news about Scott's or Gevelinger's direction of travel.

"At this point, I haven't heard where he is or whether she's with Scott's group," Harden said.

Gevelinger's apparent accommodations were more comfortable. Several dresses hung in a closet, and a nearby room had a living area, sofa, chairs and small kitchen.

Some of Gevelinger's personal effects, including an empty prescription drug container, were left on a desk.

In reading the articles, I see that in 2009 when Ryan is writing about his llama herd, he gives an address of Box 8 Kalispell MT 59903. Huummm... isn't Kalispell where John Corapi (the black sheep dog) hangs out? Wonder if these dots connect?

If laymen knew about Ryan for this long, what rock was Petko under that he was so clueless? Should clueless men be made bishops, let alone priests? Inquiring minds want to know.

I'm answering my own question by reading all the articles. Petko became a sede, he told Dr. Droleski, in 2005. He also said that some time after this, he was with Ryan 'many months' & wanted Ryan to conditionally ordain him. Ryan was consecrated by Slupski!! Petko broke with Ryan in 2008, so it looks like he was associated with Ryan many, many months. Then Slupski conditionally ordained AND consecrated Petko!!

The only conclusion that I draw from this terrible scandal is that the trad movement is occupied by clueless, careless men who run about the country hurriedly ordaining & consecrating men without bothering to even do rudimentary background checks. Issuing apologies after the fact just doesn't cut it in my book - sorry. This is who our leaders are?! All of this sordid mess is absolutely inexcusable. May God have mercy on us.
