Unfortunately, Mr. Kramer butchers the definition of "pertinacity" into an internal forum consideration which apparently he's capable of judging, though his gift of reading souls, such as which Padre Pio has ... where Kramer can tell everyone (and bind their consciences with his mystical soul-reading) that Ratzinger didn't really mean his heresies, whereas Bergoglio did.
Notice how he applies the sleight of hand, transmogrifying "pertinacity" into "formal" heresy.
That's the dumbest bunch of nonsense I've had the misfortune of reading in Traddie world in a long time. But that's what happens when you've already pre-decided that you want to depose Bergoglio because he's an unpleasant fellow, but salvage Ratzinger, since he spoke some Latin and issued the Motu.
If anything, the opposite is true ... where Ratzinger was a very well educated theologian and he undoubtedly knew that he was contradicting verbatim the Council of Florence when he taught the same heresy as Bergoglio, where Bergoglio doesn't know a Pelagian from a Jansenist, or a hole in the ground from his own posterior.
