Truly disgraceful.  Catholic laity, wake up!  Don’t expect any help from the hierarchy of the Church on earth.  It’s time for Catholics to go underground.  If a faithful priest can be found, arrange for Masses and Sacraments in secret.  If not, live as faithfully as you can.  Pray for a holy death.  

Wow, I just watched the entire video, and have a number of thoughts:

1) The police who laid hands on the priest and dragged him down the stairs incur excommunication;

2) This Poland is quite a different Poland than the one frequently featured in various Church Militant videos, showing an overwhelming rise of Polish Catholic nationalism;

3) I am ashamed of this Poland

4) This priest was very brave.

5) It is hard to tell if this Mass was being said in a private apartment building, or if it was a public chapel (i.e., the sign on the door said the police had closed it, yet the chapel is only large enough to hold 10 people, and looks like an apartment room).  

Was this a Resistance venue?

6) American trails Europe by 10 years.  What happens there today, happens here tomorrow.

7) If 3-4 policemen interrupted your SSPX or Resistance Mass, would the faithful overwhelm them?  Or would they stand by and watch their priest be arrested?

The time has come (or is coming) for guerrilla Catholicism.  Low-tech/no-tech communications, hide your venue and your priest, and return to the days of Cromwell's England.
