If the only thing catholics had to worry about was the personal (private or public) sins of our priestly Fathers, then I guess we would be still living in the middle ages. Romantheology the death of countless souls is the blood on the hands of "your" current pontiff. There is no doubt about the skeletons you mention, but validity is different then imprudence. Sinfull yes, valid yes! May sinners find forgiveness and heritics return to the Catholic Faith. So lets move on if we are on the same team.

Look if you read my first post I didn't deny certain things romantheology pointed out. He or she needs to seperate scandal/sinful imprudence from validity. I wish the NO mess were that simple. Of course I don't know about romantheology's personal life and I don't know for sure if he/she beats there "significant other". That would be about as foolish as picking fights with perfect strangers and living in a glass house.
