I'll tell you a true story.

Near where I live there was a statue of Our Lady in a Novus Ordo church that was supposedly weeping in the 1980s. The Novus Ordo priests were using this supposed miracle to raise money for a new church. A good friend of mine went there to check it out. The church was packed with worshipers in awe of this weeping statue. My friend wasn't in awe of anything, least of all this kind of Novus Ordo monkeyshine. He climbed over the communion rail in front of the entire packed church, walked right up to the "weeping" statue, and touched its face. He saw that the so-called tears were only drops of glue placed under the eyes by the Novus Ordo "priests". He turned around to everyone in the church and shouted out, "Hey, everybody, this whole thing is fake! This statue isn't weeping! These priests just put some glue on the face that would look like tears. There's nothing to see here." He climbed back over the communion rail out of the sanctuary and went out to get into his car to go home. One of the Novus Ordo "priests" said to him in the parking lot, "Hey, why did you do that?" He said, "How dare you fake a miracle like this and deceive all these people?!" The false cleric said, "Well, it's sure helping out a lot to raise money for a new church!" The guy got in his car and left.

Moral of the story: Stay away from Novus Ordo "miracles".

There have been alleged weeping Madonnas for decades.  Hardly any have Church approval.  There are a few exceptions, like at Akita.  Nonetheless, I don’t put much stock in them.
