  • I don't agree with the title but I imagine this is how the vile media would depict the NewChurch funeral I attended today. "Elderly nαzι brides" "and a few laity seeing off an "evil nαzι nun', who worked in a Magdalene Laundry".

    In reality the mainstream media did not attend nor will the funeral be reported. Yes, a Sister, associated with the Magdalen Home was laid to rest.


    The funeral raised many questions for me. Before me was the "new springtime" Vatican II of elderly sisters bidding farewell to one of their own. A sister, who gave over 50 years to religious life. The youngest nun today was about 60.
