This is ridiculous. It's like blaming Cardinal Scipione Rebiba for Paul VI's errors. 

A bishop who ordains or consecrates a cleric is not responsible for the sins of said cleric. I have never seen anyone saying that Abp. Lefebvre is to blame if a few SSPX priests become child abusers.
