Rabbi Francis

Rabbi Francis allowed Rabbi Bergman to say

тαℓмυdic prayers in the Holy Sepulcher of St. Peter

Dear readers are you wondering why the strange mid-term report from the Synod on the Family and then the closing speech by Francis in which he criticizes everyone, allowing both sides to claim victory?  An anonymous reader of Call Me Jorge... provided the article below and a quote in a book which give some insight into this matter.  The тαℓмυdists are having a good laugh in the shadows as they watch Francis finish the demolition of the church started by John XXIII.

    Quote
Bergoglio was designated as new Pope and takes the role of Supreme Pontiff as Francisco. A turning point in the history of the Church, of Argentina and, I trust, will also be of the world!

But beyond all of the considerations of his work and role, there is an aspect of his personality in which many of us inspire ourselves of his being in values and of his doing in the coherence of his actions.

Rabbi is master. That is what Jesus was called. In this role and function the Gospel presents him.

Bergoglio is a master. Faithful to my Jєωιѕн roots and my rabbinical vocation, within my community of origin and my destination community which is the whole Argentinean society, I found in the one who was anointed Supreme Pontiff a master who listened to me, who guided me and gave me advice on how to unfold my vocation to serve, both the Creator and his creatures, in the challenge of the common good.

From his prologue in my book Argentina ciudadana, to his sermons in the solemn festivities in the Temple on Libertad Street, each encounter, each moment of his presence was a reference.

He always brought out his rabbi vocation. As primate cardinal he taught how to recuperate the Jєωιѕн roots of Christianity and projected from the Church the universal dimension of writing, in the daily prose, the poetry of those who, to be able to see reality transformed, must follow the teachings of this pastor of souls. My master, rabbi, friend who gave me the example of believing so as to be able to see.

In the admiration and gratitude for his teachings, I elevate my heart in prayer so that the accomplishment of this new dimension, being a new light from the Atalaya, with his vision inspired by the Father of all, will guide us, as his children and brothers that we are, to a better world.

      Dear CallMeJorge,

Here are a couple of links that I have come across but have not had time to follow-up on. Perhaps you may be interested in them.

      1. Elogio materialista del Papa Francisco como Jesuita

      http://www.vocesdepradillo.org/content/elogio-materialista-del-papa-francisco-como-jesuita

There is an English translation here:

      http://hiredknaves.wordpress.com/2013/09/23/in-materialist-praise-of-pope-francis-as-jesuit/

The interesting part about this article is that it talks about "jesuitism" which is a form of cauistry which is also related to situational ethics. I have written a few articles on situational ethics and when researching the last one came across jesuitism. See more here:

      http://publicvigil.blogspot.com/2014/10/bergoglio-morality-was-condemned-by.html

      http://publicvigil.blogspot.com/2014/10/reposting-3-articles-on-bergoglio.html

The thing I don't like about the article is that it includes some anti-Catholic material. But I mention it here because jesuitism seems to make some sense of bergoglio's views on morality. It basically says that if you do something bad without bad intentions then it is NOT a sin. And this seems to have its roots all the way back to Ignatius of Loyola. So for example how could a Jєω sin as long as he has "good intentions"?

There also seems to be a history of Jesuits adapting the Gospel to the local culture in questionable ways. So for example shouldn't Catholics adapt the Gospel to the Jєωιѕн culture as well?

(I'll provide the second link in another comment.)

      Hello CMJ,

      Here is the second link.

      2. ABRAHAM DESENMASCARA A SU AMIGO JORGE MARIO

      http://eccechristianus.wordpress.com/2014/10/18/abraham-desenmascara-a-su-amigo-jorge-mario/

The problem I have with this article is that it refers to a interview with Skorka in the brazilian magazine Veja, but I can't find that interview online to confirm the information. I think it is a real interview, but just not posted online.

The interview with Skorka that it refers to seems to have occurred in May 2013, so should be old news but never mentioned in the English press.

The original article that mentions this interview in Spanish is here:

      http://www.infobae.com/2013/05/31/713336-la-historia-del-mejor-amigo-francisco

The part that is interesting is the following Skorka quote about bergoglio's very liberal views on sodomites:

Of course, this is Skorka claiming to know what bergoglio thinks and is easily deniable. And we already know that bergoglio has very liberal/anti-Catholic views in this area, so I don't know how significant this interview is.

Anyway, Skorka knows bergoglio as well as anyone and actually taught him about judaism so it fits in with how bergoglio is influenced and corrupted by his close contacts with the Jєωιѕн religion.

      Yours in Christ,
      Michael

I can only surmise that Bergoglio's close contacts with the 'Jєωιѕн' religion were and are also familial.

What did Bergman mean by “ because you must … know the histoy of the Church and especially of the society of Jesus?” (page from book with "Rabbi Bergoglio" quote)

Wiki says this about the “Society of Jesus and Jєωs”:

Although in the first 30 years of the existence of the Society of Jesus there were many Jesuit conversos (Catholic-convert Jєωs),[57] an anti-converso faction led to the Decree de genere (1593) which proclaimed that either Jєωιѕн or Muslim ancestry, no matter how distant, was an insurmountable impediment for admission to the Society of Jesus.[58] The 16th-century Decree de genere remained in exclusive force until the 20th century, when it was repealed in 1946.[59]

      Footnote 59.
Jesuit scholar John Padberg in For matters of greater moment: the first thirty Jesuit General Councils (Institute of Jesuit Sources, 1994), p, 204, quotes the text of the 1593–1594 council decree and states that the restriction on Jєωιѕн/Muslim converts was limited only to the degree of parentage. Fourteen years later this was extended back to the fifth degree. Over time the restriction relating to Muslim ancestry was dropped. In 1923, the 27th Jesuit General Congregation specified that "The impediment of origin extends to all who are descended from the Jєωιѕн race, unless it is clear that their father, grandfather, and great grandfather have belonged to the Catholic Church." In 1946, the 29th General Congregation dropped the requirement but still called for "cautions to be exercised before admitting a candidate about whom there is some doubt as to the character of his hereditary background." Robert A. Maryks in his book The Jesuit Order as a ѕуηαgσgυє of Jєωs:Jesuits of Jєωιѕн Ancestry and Purity-of-Blood Laws in the Early Society of Jesus (Brill, 2009), p. xxviii, interprets the 1593 "Decree de genere" as preventing, despite Ignatius' desires, any Jєωιѕн or Muslim conversos and, by extension, any person with Jєωιѕн or Muslim ancestry, no matter how distant, from admission to the Society of Jesus.

Read what a Jesuit told the author of “The Jesuit Order as a ѕуηαgσgυє of Jєωs:Jesuits of Jєωιѕн Ancestry and Purity-of-Blood Laws in the Early Society of Jesus” in 2007 about his Jєωιѕн lineage and his grandparents who settled in Italy (!) and pretended to be Catholics "in order to survive" while they still remained Jєωιѕн.

Why did the Catholic (?) parents of J. Bergoglio leave Italy under Mussolini?

      http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/the-pope/9936408/Pope-Franciss-family-fled-Italy-to-escape-Mussolini.html

I always thought only Communists and Jєωs left back then.

From the desk of John Allen who seems to be very familiar with the Pope´s sister:

More ominously, when critics suggested that her brother had been complicit in Argentina’s military junta, Maria Elena testily pointed out that her family emigrated from Italy because their father was opposed to fascism … the clear suggestion being that Jorge Mario Bergoglio would never betray his father’s memory by cozying up to dictators.

Don't the Jєωs pray the psalms? We pray the psalms at the Divine Office. I heard a Jєω talking about his experience visiting the Carthusians, He said he when he went to the Divine Office, he didn't know what to make of it. He said to himself, "these guys must want to become Jєωs."
Later on, he converted to the Catholic Faith.
