Francis has riled some conservative Americans for his denunciation of capitalism and trickle-down economic theory, which is says is based on a survival of the fittest mentality "where the powerful feed upon the powerless" with no regard for ethics, the environment or even God.
God comes in last... well at least he remembered to include Him.

I don't think he was a cheerleader for this dictator. Rather he was prudential. He used his position to have the dictator's chaplain be ill for a day so that he could plead for the lives of his confreres.

I just hope that the Bishop of Rome's materialist / pseudomarxist condemnation of capitalism doesn't cause well-meaning but ignorant Catholics (especially those sufficiently Americanized that they'd actually listen to a braying zionist neocon jackass like Rush Limbaugh) to become completely blinded to the existence of genuinely Catholic papal crticisms of capitalism:
