Well yes. Public schools in the United States can't (by law and the Constitution) favor a religion over another. When they tried, people went to the Supreme Court over it. And again. And again.

Eid al-Fitr is the biggest holiday of the Islamic calendar by far. Even the most ardent secularist Islamic countries like Turkey and Bosnia will have Eid celebrations. So when nearly all of one demographic is missing for one day every year, eventually they just add it to the calendar. That's what happens in a nearby school district.

Judaism, Moslem, alphabet religions, witchcraft and afternoons with satan are all favored over Christianity.  They rename Easter break to spring break.  They have menorahs on display but won’t display manger sets in public schools… can’t talk about holy communion and prayer but prayer rooms set up for false religions.  Everything but Christianity is pushed into schools.

You realize public schools legally can't do what you're saying? That's why we have a multitude of options in this country like parochial schools, private, homeschool.
