latinyears is not sede, of course, and I don't even think he is traditional. There is some evidence he may be associated with promoting that book by Detucci that "pope Michael I" holds up in criticism in that video.
That video reaches far back to show a sermon by Bp. Pivarunas, but it has been my impression that since then he doesn't hold as loose & inclusive of a view of the SSPX as he once did. No way does the CMRI promote "Traditional Ecuмenism". Tolerating going to an SSPX liturgy when there is nothing else hardly promotes the SSPX stand. I can easily foresee the CMRI getting even more tough about the SSPX in the future because the CMRI are advancing. John Lane, on the other hand, has regressed, and has become more of a unique SSPX-sede promoter.
Of course - Things are subject to change - what is true today can be changed tomorrow - no telling what the future holds.
