  • Pius XII also opened the door to NFP.

Roscoe, no one takes you seriously now.  If that's what you want, good job.   :applause:

  • Did Pope Pius XII Prophesy in 1948 the Demise of the Church?
Ironically, in 1949 Pius XII Himself Appointed the Church's Mass Destroyer

    From: The TRADITIO Fathers

In 1949 Pope Pius XII Wrote a Discourse "To the Faithful"
That Prophesied the Defection of the "Institutional" Church
In Exactly the Way that We See It Compromised Today
Filled with Doctrinal and Moral Heresy and Defective Newpopes
Ironically, It Was Pius XII Himself Who Appointed in 1949
The Church's Mass Destroyer, the Freemason Presbyter Hannibal Bugnini
Who Was Behind the Anti-Catholic Gutting of Holy Week in 1955
The Half New Order Mess of 1962 and the Invalid New Mess of 1969

Pius XII was warned by O.L. of Fatima and commissioned Msgr. Bugnini anyway. His own quote:

    Quote
... I am worried by the Blessed Virgin’s messages to Lucy of Fatima. This persistence of Mary about the dangers which menace the Church is a divine warning against the ѕυιcιdє of altering the Faith, in Her liturgy, Her theology and Her soul. … I hear all around me innovators who wish to dismantle the Sacred Chapel, destroy the universal flame of the Church, reject Her ornaments and make Her feel remorse for Her historical past.

  • Sorry but MO is that Pius XII bears no responsibility for the v2 anti-church....

Maybe the real culprit was an Austrian Nun?

Sanctity of life will be held in derision even by those who outwardly profess it, for in those days Our Lord Jesus Christ will send them not a true Pastor but a destroyer."  St. Francis of Assisi

  • A bunch of CRAP--  It is Franz-Joseph that is the freemason.... :heretic:
This is patently absurd and ignorant. Franz Joseph rose every morning at 3 am and prayed for 1 hour. When I visited the Hofberg and Schonbrun palace, his bedroom had a kneeler with an image of Christ's baptism by his bed. The man was very devout.
Fr. Hesse's uncle was a confessor for one of the Hapsburg's and he had confirmed that Rampolla was known to be a Mason and that was why Franz Joseph invoked his right to stop his election.

Sorry but it is Franz- Joseph( no friend of Franz- Ferdinand) who is the Freemason. F-J would have been ex-communicated by Pius IX for Austrian civil marriage but for political difficulties. Later  F-J doesn't lift a finger to help the Pope get back his Papal States. Popes Pius IX, Leo XIII, Pius X as well as Cardinals Rafael & Rampolla would not consider any compromise with a secular, Mazzini, Garibaldi, Crispi( not even an Italian), Masonic Italy.
BTW-- No civil power ever had the 'right' to veto a conclave.

BTW II to Incredulous as I am quite enjoying the book in spite of the fact that so far there is nothing re: Fr Feeney or Cardinal Siri. It should be noted that the author is somewhat of a Cushingite....
