Another penance is not "urged", it's requiredEasier just not to eat the meat.

And "Fridays" does not take an apostrophe here.  Not trying to be pedantic or chickens**t, just wishing to see a common mistake be avoided.

Possible to reduce the font?

It honestly just becomes habit over time. The only difficulties arise when you're out traveling or something, and even then it's not hard.

I notice that most diners will serve crabcakes, seafood specials every Friday.  (Along with usual meat platters).
