Nice recent article from Gloria TV. Note the conclusion, for anti-SSPXers!

Pope Francis has fully regularized the Society of St Pius X (SSPX), James Bogle, the ex-president of Una Voce International, told Gloria.tv (video below). Bogle stressed that the SSPX and the sacraments administrated by them, including marriages and confessions, have been formally recognized by Francis.

The Society is also allowed to ordain to the priesthood whomever they see fit. Francis further appointed SSPX Bishop Bernard Fellay as a judge at the Rota Romana, the highest appellate tribunal of the Church, thus recognizing his authority. "I don't see how much more regular you can get than that," Bogle concludes.

He acknowledges, however, that there are a lot of intolerant bishops who still treat the SSPX as if it were irregular. To them, Bogle answers that those who do not like the integration of the SSPX "better have the argument with Pope Francis."(!!!)

I would like to see doctrinal discussions renewed. The canonical issue is a distraction, because it allows Modernists in Rome to attack Tradition on false pretexts. What we in the SSPX want is for Rome to acknowledge the Kingship of Christ and direct nations that respect the Church's authority to do the same; to give up on false liberal ecuмenism that is unprincipled and puts doctrine to the side, and go back to doing the good work of fulfilling the Great Commission by laboring to convert non-Christians to the Catholic Faith, and seeking to reconcile separated Christians back to Catholic Unity with the Faith, with Rome and the Church.
Is there any way we can get official confirmation of this, from the SSPX, from Rome, or both?
If all of this is as you say, this solves a LOT of problems (I know, depending on one's perspective).

Interesting! Mr. James Bogle, a lawyer and ex-president of Una Voce International claims in one of his responses, that +Fellay told him personally in May 2015 that Francis had appointed him a judge at the Roman Rota and Mr. Bogle confirmed it with the Roman Rota. The SSPX was "officially approved" in Argentina in April of 2015 and an Agentinian Lawyer, in an article for Rorate Caeli clearly explained how,  according to Argentinian law, such approval was valid for the entire SSPX, a sort of quiet back door entrance.

Mr. Bogle would not make such irresponsible claim but +Fellay is known for his half truths, secrecy and even lies telling everyone what they want to hear. Mr. Boyle says that many (most?) SSPX priests don't know about it. If they knew, how many would have joined the Resistance bishops? That would be enough motivation for the secrecy. How about a motivation for leadership juggling? Why Fr. Pagliarani?

Bogle, not Boyle.

CCCC, #101.

Perhaps that is why they received jurisdiction shortly thereafter for confessions (i.e., done under the pretext of the jubilee to hide the fact, but in reality received as part of the Argentinian recognition)?
