The NSSPX skillfully sidesteps the fact that this is an ecuмenical day of prayer and fasting by appealing:
...we appreciate the invitation to pray and fast and we hope that not only Catholics but everyone may respond to the Pope's call by praying to Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Virgin Mother.
Also, would the SSPX of Archbishop Lefebvre be producing excerpts sermons from new-popes to edify the faithful? I doubt it.
I'm glad it's not on a Friday, I wouldn't want to give anyone the impression that I hold the same faith as Francis or that I follow his command.
The man doesn't care a wink about fasting. If he did, he'd introduce the Catholic disciplines of fasting and abstinence to the Conciliar Church.
Just more humanitarian concerns from the humanitarian head of the Humanitarian Church.
