People want the so-called V2 BISHOPS and Priests to step forward and call out the Pedophiles (which they can't because that is most of them)....however, why is PIVARUNAS not HELD to the Same Standard??????????????????????

Hey Pivarunas! Why not call the POLICE - you want the V2 or any other Lawful Citizen too! Abusing Seminarians (young teens) were in their order. Also, Doing drugs.....ah....duh! Cocaine, Heronine, Crack, Pot, Meth,....why NOT call the POLICE?

This is an absolute Abomination. Many of these so-called Traditionalists have DESTROYED familes, marriages, and children...sadly!

This thread is nonsense. The OP links a Google books page with a random paragraph or two from several pages out of order and practically no continuity. There is no message and there is nothing coherent here. What's the point?

Bishop Mark Pivarunas gives great sermons, and he is very personable and friendly.

Bishop Pivarunas has addressed these issues in the annual Fatima Conferences given at Mount St. Michael's.

No priest of the CMRI is, today, of the line of the Old Catholics. All of the priests of the CMRI trace their ordinations from the line of Archbishop Thuc.

He has also addressed the quote about the problems of Schuckardt in the early days of the "Fatima Crusade", as it was originally called. Pivarunas was, at the time 14 or 15 years old. As an adult, Pivarunas did indeed repudiate the issues. Such problems have not been an issue for the CMRI since he has been it's Superior and since he's been a bishop.

This isn't a scandal of the CMRI, as the CMRI truly begins when it formally became a Congregation and its Rule was established, which was done after the "scandalous" problems were expelled. (Note: This last paragraph reflects my opinion only and should not be attributed to others.)
