In the first 30 minutes of this 2+ hour video, Rhonheimer already makes clear that when he says "Church teaching" (referring to the Catholic Church), there is no way to know whether he means the heretical Vat.II novelty on religious liberty or the long-established traditional doctrine of the Church, unless you consider the entire context of his phrase "Church teaching" in that sentence and even in the sentences immediately preceding and following it.
His turn at the podium starts around minute 17:00, and he lays down from the start (20:30) his blame on Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre for having tried to make a problem out of the reform of Vat.II's Dignitatis humanae, when he implies that none has to exist, and this is when ABL went into "schism." He refers specifically to ABL's 1987 They Have Uncrowned Him "that is, Christ," to prove how different ABL's teaching was from the official (reformed) Church's teaching.
