In recent days, HE Fr. Bp Paweł Morgan,
HE Fr. Bp Jakub Ballini, and HE Fr. Bp
Michał Stobnicki went to Switzerland and
Germany to participate in the meeting
Bishops and priests of the Catholic Movement
Resistance and celebrated on day 1
July, i.e. on the Feast of the Most Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ, anniversary
    Priestly ordination of our Polish
    Bishop.

On the occasion of this anniversary, we wish HE Fr. Bp. Michael the abundance of God's graces in fulfillment
Pastoral ministry for the greater glory of God and salvation of souls!

May Christ the King constantly strengthen  His Excellency in the fight for Faith, and the Most Holy
Mary the Queen of Poland surrounds her Care every day!

  • Just to clarify, the forenames of Bishops Morgan and Ballini were polonized (Paul - Pawel / Giacomo - Jakub) for this article.  It's kind of jarring, but this is done in Poland on a kind of hit-or-miss basis when speaking of foreigners.

I hadn't heard of Bishop Morgan and thought he might be Polish.  It is not unknown for native-born Poles to have British-sounding last names (politician Aleksander Hall, actor Tadeusz Ross, and if he counts as a "native-born Pole", my own son who is a dual US/Polish citizen).
