1 Now, brothers and sisters, about times and dates we do not need to write to you, 2 for you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. 3 While people are saying, “Peace and safety,” destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.

In the past when I read this passage from St.Paul, I always thought it meant from the politics of the world, but suddenly when I was watching that "brandnew"  video about SSPX and what was going on with them uniting with the enemy, a strong inner voice came from my soul, and I could hear the enemy saying, at last we have peace and security.  Funny too, because I wasn't even thinking about those words, "peace and security".

Has anyone else ever felt this strong about those words?  Just curious as is my nature to be.
