Perhaps you can point out specifically where in Church teaching where it teaches how the Church is to treat or deal with a heretical pope.
That is found all over in Scripture. From "Beware of false prophets..." to "But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach a gospel to you besides that which we have preached to you, let him be anathema." I would say St. Paul's "we" includes popes, and I would say "let him be anathema" is saying "this is a sin" and is meant to be warning first to the sinner who is guilty of heresy, then to the faithful to be on their guard against the heresies.
But all that we really need to know is that nowhere does the Church teach that anyone has the right to omit the name of the pope from the Mass. To the contrary, it is because the Church explicitly teaches that we are not permitted to omit his name, that this teaching effectively condemns, or at least nullifies sedeism, just not to sedes.
