Assuming that the breakfast before Lauds was completed by 7:00 AM or earlier (and the picture appears to be at dawn), and with Terce at 10:00 AM followed by a sermon, the Solemn Mass likely began at 10:45 AM or later.  They easily observed the three hours fast before Holy Communion.

Yes, I think that bothered me as much as the excessive touching. I don’t want to impugn their morality, but the place is undignified and they should refrain from the touching for multiple reasons. The second video that Sean posted was worse and the third one was certainly much better.
