Yes, provided whoever you're praying to for intercession is an undeniable Saint. If it's someone highly questionable like Sister Faustina or Mother Theresa, forget it.

Also, what should a "sedevacantist" do inside a Novus Ordo church? Would he talk on his cell-phone since he doesn't believe that the Eucharist is present? Does he genuflect, or just walk out without making any external reverence?

If he is firm in his belief, then he wouldn't genuflect, etc. But by not doing so, he is only giving the other Novus Ordo Catholics a bad example to keep on following.

Im glad you asked this Vladimir because I was wondering the same thing should I venture into a NO wedding or funeral in the near future. I will certainly be in a "catch 22." Maybe I should just email Bishop Pivarunas.

If it's an old church, bow like you would to the empty tabernacle on Good Friday. If it's not, try very hard to avoid it. I have been thinking about this since I have two cousins who are going to be married in the near future. What I did at my younger brother's "confirmation," and what I did at the NO funeral I attended, is I just stayed in the narthex/vestibule and prayed the Rosary. And that was when I believed the NO was a valid Mass. Now, I don't quite know what I would do. Perhaps I should just treat it like a Protestant service and sit in the back without participating. Good questions.
