To genuflect in their churches would not be an act of respect for the Blessed Sacrament, but an act of idoletry, since you are showing respect to a piece of bread.

You missed the fact that there are still validly ordained NO priests still saying the Tridentine Mass. They're old, they wont be around for more than 10 more years, but they're there. I'm no theologian, but I disagree with what you say, unless you've had some sort of divine revelation about all of this.

And at the very least, I show respect for the altars of older Churches I walk into. I don't do this at protestantized NO churches with full on table. But if I know there is an older priest and I go into an old church, I will show respect for our lord who may be there.

During my lunch I go to an old church built in the late 19th century by italian farmers thats quite beautiful.There's a very old priest who still does the TLM there. I know they do the Bogus Ordo too, but no one is ever there during my lunch, its quite, I make reparation to our lord for the sacrilege that our Lord is faced with, and I get to read up on the tons of stuff that Hobbledehoy has been kind enough to share with me.

Old churches are still holy places. As you say, the high altars, if they haven't been ripped out, still hold the relics of saints, and these churches were consecrated using the old rite.

Despite the table altars, these old churches can still be good for prayer, as well as a brief escape from the mundane world.

Is it ok to pray to a shrine/statue directly outside a NO establishment?

All NO churches are still required to have a relic in or under the altar.
