From what I recall only the six visions of 1917 were given church approval. No such approval was given to the later visions such as those at Tuy or Pontevedra. Those later ones figure heavily into the writings of Fr. Gruner and the books of other authors promoted by him.

One of the unapproved visions was the one that said Portugal will keep the faith.

    Is this true?
Some would have people believe that I'm a deceiver because I've used various handles on different Catholic forums. They only know this because I've always offered such information, unprompted. Various troll accounts on FE. Ben on SuscipeDomine. Patches on ABLF 1.0 and TeDeum. GuitarPlucker, Busillis, HatchC, and Rum on Cathinfo.

  • This is the best video on Fatima:

I showed this to quite few people and two priests that are still in the Novus Ordo Church (unfortunately they are blind) and they liked it. The evidence is very clear that they used a fake Sister Lucia later after 1960.

P.S: The interesting on the article you shared is the possible connection between rabbis and the neo-SSPX... I'd pay attention to that.

  • "Rabbi Schiller’s affinity for traditionalist Catholicism led him to establish a warm relationship with the anti-Vatican II Society of St. Pius X (SSPX). The SSPX seminary in Ridgefield, CT invited Rabbi Schiller to speak to their seminarians on numerous occasions. And every time, the Rabbi reports, he was received with the utmost courtesy and respect. Once, a seminarian even addressed Rabbi Schiller as "Father". The seminarians held the Rabbi in such high regard that, before Archbishop Lefebvre was to consecrate several SSPX priests as bishops in defiance of Rome, they sought out the Rabbi to ask his opinion on the matter."

Rabbi Mayer Schiller belongs to the Skver Hasidic sect in Rockland County, NY which was convicted in 1999 of defrauding federal government programs out of $30 million dollars that were then used to run Skver institutions. The Hasidic community of Rockland County, NY is legendary for fraud and sex abuse. Rabbi Schiller teaches advanced тαℓмυd studies at Marsha Stern тαℓмυdical Academy at Yeshiva University.

You would think that this would be widely known and publicized if true.  It reminds me of the time a Conciliar priest told me that Pope Pius XII had written a "little known encyclical" absolutely declaring that the only words of consecration necessary for a valid Mass was "This is my body," and "This is my blood."  I pressed him on it until he produced the encyclical in question.  He never did.  He was just trying to stop me questioning the invalidating words of consecration in the Novus Ordo.

I read a book about Fatima a couple of years ago, by Fr C C Martindale (The Message of Fatima, written some time in the 'forties, I think), and as I recall, it didn't mention that part of the message at all.
