A papal performance? What was the need, in any case, for her to perform for Francis?

Why is she there in the first place? She just shouldn’t be if she’s that scandalous....

Only the male performers are allowed to shake their hips at the Vatican.

That made me spit my tea out. 
I seriously don’t understand this. There are plenty of wholesome people to have at the Vatican. Why not one of them? Instead of someone who has to be told to behave?
