Yes, there is a new novus ordo bishop in the Camden diocese, South Jersey (NJ)
His last name is Sullivan and he is a New York native.

Per newspaper article Sullivan has been involved in many church closings and he is referred to Cardinal Timothy Dolan's "Right hand man".

And while the new novus ordo takes over and speaks about the "poor", the former bishop is retiring to vacation shore home.

Speaking of closings, the whole USA is restructured and 25% of all NO are to close or merge. All USA hospitals are doing the same. Look at RAtion: end-of-life.
