I know of a parish where they have an Indult / Extraordinary Form High Mass every Sunday (though technically it might be a Missa Cantata). On Holy Days of Obligation, the bulletin says that they have a "High Mass" in the evening. I went to this "High Mass" once, though I showed up late because I thought that the Mass started at 6:30 when it actually started at 6:00. Anyway, when I walked in, it seemed strange because the choir was singing beautifully and the priest was speaking in Latin, but he was wearing the ugly sack of potatoes vestments and not the beautiful ones, and there were no altar servers. Then in the middle of the Mass, the priest said, in English, "For this Mass, I will be using Eucharistic Prayer three." And then he continued in Latin. Then I realized that this "High Mass" was a Novus Ordo Mass said in Latin with the choir singing. So, yes, there is a Novus Ordo High Mass, or at least some people call it that when it is said in Latin with a Choir singing.
