I would spend time talking to people one-on-one or in small groups, in a private setting, to educate them or tell them how to educate themselves.

Excellent advice.  I have used every single opportunity that has come my way to speak "Trad" to any n/o "catholic" that crossed my path for the past 6 years. I myself was a prot convert to the n/o for 8 years.  Not one of them has yet shown up for Mass at our chapel.
I never knew Tradition existed until I became so miserably dissatisfied with the entire novus ordo that I went on the internet and began trying to find what I had once believed Catholicism to be (and what I thought I was becoming) and to see if it still existed.
I guess what I'm saying is that if one truly wishes to find God and His truth, God himself will lead the way.
I applaud your devotion but just want to warn you that it most likely will not score a single convert to Tradition.
On the other hand, it may make them think...............

If a person of average intellect is honest and is truly trying to find the true faith, God will lead the person to traditionalism. Most novus ordo are happy with Thier false religion. It is easy to follow and everyone goes to heaven. Most modern people have little interest in a God. I heard a story from Bishop Pivarunus that a blind lady found tradition using an internet reader, prayer, and perseverance. If a blind lady can find tradition, Anyone in this country can.

It really is not hard using the internet and the overwhelming amount of sources and evidence available. A person truly has to be lazy, willful, or culpably ignorant not to use the available information.

I heard a recent story where a lady was being educated about the evils of the novus ordo by her family members who had switched to tradition a few years before.  The lady was open to the truth but, as is understandable, was hesitant to make a change.  She did not live in the same state as her family and didn't know where she would find a latin mass, even if she decided to start attending.  One day she asked God where to find a latin mass.  The UPS guy shows up to deliver a package and commented that he liked her statue of Our Lady in the front yard.  This started a conversation where the UPS guy, being a traditional catholic, told her that a latin mass was a few miles from her house...The rest is history.
