    Today, Christmas, on Drudge Report, there is a shockingly blasphemous picture of Francis doing the unthinkable.
    It is so indecent that I will not link to Drudge.

    Throughout my life, I have ALWAYS been told by priests never to kiss the Crucifix of Christ or Christ Child EXCEPT on His hands or feet.
    We are only to venerate the little feet or the little hands of the Infant Christ, nothing more.
    We are only to venerate the crucified feet of Christ on Good Friday, nothing more.

    Miserablist Nativity displayed in Fatima Basilica
    Pictured above is the miserablist nativity scene recently installed in the Basilica of Fatima, Portugal. The person responsible for this structure is Portuguese contemporary “artist” Paulo Neves, who was commissioned by the Basilica to make this scene. 

    It is easy to see that the sculpture was part of a progressivist agenda to sabotage the Catholicity of Christmas. 

    First, since both sculptures look feminine, one cannot easily recognize who is St. Joseph and who is Our Lady. This dominant note implicitly promotes feminism, but also lesbianism, given that if both were women, we would have a sort of lesbian couple with a baby. This can also be interpreted as favoring adoption of children by ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ couples, which is clearly against Catholic doctrine. 

    Second, the sculptures do not look even remotely human; instead, they look like primitive pagan gods akin to the Moai statues of the Chilean Isla de Pascua, or Easter Island, pictured below. This seems to promote a type of tribalism. So, the nativity is presented more like an ancient pagan myth, rather than God’s real Incarnation. 

    Third, there is nothing in the sculptures that reflects the sacrality of the Holy Family or even the tenderness of Our Lady and St. Joseph toward the New Born. The parents look indifferent to the Child, assuming that that formless piece of wood represents Jesus. This denies the sainthood of Our Lady and St. Joseph, and worst, it denies the divinity and perfect humanity of Our Lord. 

    Fourth, these formless wooden blobs suggest a tumultuous chaos that is typical of modern cubist art. This is anti-Catholic, as Our Lord is a God of hierarchy and order. 

    Fifth and lastly, these sculptures are made to look poor and ugly, which is the basis of progressivist miserablism. According to this school the Church should sell all her riches and do away with everything beautiful in order to become “simple” and miserable like proletarians. 

    So, Neves’ nativity promotes feminism, ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖity, tribalism, chaos and miserablism, all anti-Catholic tendencies. These tendencies find their home in Progressivism, which took over the Catholic Church since Vatican II. So, it is not surprising to see the Ecclesiastical Hierarchy promoting this “nativity” in Fatima, where Our Lady predicted that there would be an apostasy in the Church starting from the top. 

    As a conclusion we see that this nativity scene is an outrage against the Holy Family. It is another blasphemy meant to lead the faithful astray, sabotage the message of Fatima and ultimately to sabotage the Catholicity of Christmas.
