He's not perfect, but he certainly takes on big enemies.

I'm always suspicious of what I call 'professional Catholics' but after keeping an eye on him for awhile he doesn't pull punches.

He does have a hangup about staying within the Roman framework (warts and all), but he levels legitimate criticism at the protestantlike fracturing within tradition generally and the SSPX specifically (and now the resistance, the Fellayites, etc)

Now if you'll excuse me I have to brace myself for downvotes.

I agree with what you say. I might also add that I think he serves as a stepping stone between the NO and the "hardliners" as he seems to be in between himself. I'm sure he serves as an eye opener to many well-meaning but ignorant NO goers. For that I give him points.

I enjoy Michael Voris' videos too.  I think he would be a good place for a novus ordite to start researching the problems with new church.

Michael Voris' videos are entertaining and enjoyable.

Maybe Michael Voris will become, in 2023, the Dr. Droeletsky of today.

I think some of his videos are a good starting point to help people within the Vatican II system wake up. They could be a stepping stone into tradition, which makes them useful. I don't like some the contemporaries of Voris, but he is a total improvement over Scott Hahn. I'm willing to suppose the message, coming from someone within the Vatican II church would be taken better by NO Catholics. Hopefully Mr Voris will come to the logical conclusion to get away from the NO establishment and take many people with him. So while I'm not in agreement with him, I do think God can draw some good out of his work. I suppose we all have some praying to do for Voris.

From what I've been told, Voris' 'subscription based' materials are very good, though I do not have a subscription, only on his email list for the videos.  What's been said so far is very good, it seems that his main use would be as a stepping stone from the NO to Tradition.  Iuve said he doesn't pull punches, and that's true to an extent.  I believe that he understands the problems in the Church better than most Catholics, but he does not apply those principles where they really belong (the post conciliar pontiffs and VII itself [as opposed to it's 'spirit] and the new mass itself).  He has the imaginary prisoner pope syndrome.  I watch his videos every day (though I don't usually finish them) and it has become very frustrating watching him discuss this fantasy of a holy and orthodox pontiff (whether BXVI or F) surrounded by wolves at every turn.

At the end of the day, he's a tad who I pray will cross over.  He's a sharp guy, and he's a good speaker and his zeal and devotion are unquestionable.
