Michael DiSalvo's exit from SGG...

  • I've been asked to relay the facts concerning my and my wife's untimely exit from SGG under the Cekada/Dolan regime. So, here it goes...

I felt morally obliged to defend IustusUtPalmaFlorebit (now generally know as GladiusVeritatis) who had been calumniated by Fr Cekada in his response to GV's email expose of some things going on in the Church and school at SGG. My email to the group of parishioners is below with Fr Cekada's apparent response to Gladius (I have included GV's email first for context of what got this started). Fr C then emailed me (as you seen in the last email), so he could give my wife and I the business ASAP.

So, I return to West Chester after visiting my parents in Florida, and begin to think: hmm... I defended GV and confirmed one should speak up if anything is wrong at the school. I wonder
if I'll be kicked out too
. So, sure enough. A nimble figure thumped me on the back and gave a quiet bark that he needed to see me in his office (cf. email). Well, my wife and I get there and we wait some long moments as Fr C said he needed to straighten something up. FINALLY, we enter and lo and behold he has a contract on the table. He starts in his accusatory tone about how I've made a lot of people nervous there, how scrupulous I am, how I have no idea what was really going on there. He thens convinces me that I've committed some sort of calumny or made some accusations, when I simply had defended GV's sanity and said that the faithful have rights to know what is going on and need to DEFEND those in danger if danger is present. He did quite a good job, but I knew for a fact that even if I did make any sort of accusations they were more than well founded.

So, out comes the contract, and I am given the choice. Either I sign the statement that holds the priests at the church and teachers at the school faultless, or we were going to be kicked out. I didn't think it would hurt to ask for more time. He swiftly escorted us to the door (without the contract) and told us we were out. When we were ready to sign, we could call the office and do so. Then we could return to SGG property.

That was the point where my wife and I were a lot more comfortable using the "cult" term, and the face to face lies and manipulation told me that Fr C was about as bad as the Devil himself (and boy, did it feel like it with nose snarled up and his
barking at my wife and I- who BY THE WAY had no part in this at all, at least according to what Fr C knew). And yes, she is a very recent convert and we had been barely married 4 months.

  • This, like my email from 12.24.08, was only a part of another thread until now.  I have posted the various items separately, in their own threads, so as to make review of the pertinent public docuмents easier.

I lifted the thread-initiating text from here:

  • I apologize, to the reader and to Michael, for the over-italicization in the thread-initiating post.  Having lifted the text from another thread, I failed to look over it closely enough to eliminate such a problem.

"Just shut up and sign the contract, boy!" :laugh2:

  • The incidents related above are all the more wild considering my initial response (12.29) to Fr C's truly insane email (12.27):

Although your impressive, virtuoso usage of every communist smear tactic in the book has likely shocked and/or frightened many of those who read your attempted character assassination (annihilation?) of me, I thought you might like to know that I have already been told by some that they not only do not believe your claim/s, they think your actions were completely over the top (and this is not getting into the number of those who agree with my assessment of your school and staff, mind games, etc.).

I have sent this email to six people, BCC (you will have to take my word, as an honest, although mentally ill, man). Three people flatly deny your claim about my mental state, and one expressed uncertainty (which is not surprising, as he is a kind and obedient soul who wants to believe his priest, and we have spoken for a total of 30 seconds or so during our lives) - while a total of ZERO (0) have affirmed your assessment. Something tells me no one will - just a hunch, though. Further, one of the other two is, I know for a fact, certain that your claim is absurd. Now, you could take the list of people to whom you sent your email, do a little math, and ascertain the probability that certain individuals are on my BCC line. Then, you could call them into your office, give them 'the business' in person, and hope they will be sufficiently intimidated to follow your instructions. That failing or seeming inefficient, you could call them all in, and do the same. Finally, you could just go 'straight up cult', and tell everyone, from the pulpit or another way of your choosing, that all contact with me, whether on or off SGG property, personal or professional, indoors or out, in fair weather or foul, by phone or email, hook or crook, is most strictly verboten. "Heil...!" As it is such a popular and effective tool these days for intimidating the sheep, you could, if necessary, employ the Sacraments as weapons - pretending, of course, that you are only safe-guarding the other sheep. If you would like any more tips as to how to go about exerting maximum, cult-like control, you know how to reach me. God speed.
