  • One question that comes up is: How are people easily deceived by papal claimants since Pius XII if they work close to them and carry out the daily tasks and research authorized by them? Is it that only a certain few clerics and others are close to these claimants most of the time compared to most underlings simply where the underlings are deceived?

I suppose that is one way of how the Antichrist will deceive many in the future.

Ladislaus makes some good points here. Also from what I've heard, Pope Pius 12th wasn't in the best health in his later life.

I was just talking about this tonight at home. Pius XII did not always make the most prudential decisions, but there were those who contributed to this who took advantage of him when he was ill during the 1950s.

Bea, for example, became his confessor instead of the future Bishop des Lauriers. Bugnini, of course, we know here, did his thing as well as the future Paul VI during that time too.

  • The people who work closely with the pope -- real or otherwise -- are appointed by him.

That being said, your question is not fundamentally different from asking how the vast number of people in the new church could be deceived.

  • It seems that the papal claimants since V2 have exploited obedience to manipulate Catholics into accepting the heresies of the council and the new mass.

Contrary to popular opinion of those outside the faith, Catholics don't, and shouldn't, practice blind obedience. But that seems to be the case regarding V2, from my perspective. There was a lot of cognitive dissonance in the indult parish I attended before going full-on trad. Only one other young man at the parish saw V2 as disastrous, and he even went as far as acknowledging the communist/freemason infiltration of the Church. At the end of my time in the indult, when I finally declared openly I didn't accept V2 as legitimate, he said, and I quote, "You can't do that. It's impossible to reject Vatican 2." Right then and there, I knew I was right about leaving to adhere entirely to Tradition.

    Just my two cents.

St. Anthony of Padua, pray for us.
St. John of God, pray for us.
