TIA recently exposed some of the "sights" one's youth may have seen if they had attended this year's WYD in Madrid.

In typical Neo-Cath, head-in-the-sand, defend novelty at any cost, style, Mark Shea actually gets upset at TIA (and all Catholics in any way like them...aka "us") for exposing this and NOT at the scandalous WYD! Amazing!

The comments serve to demonstrate the type of morally and intellectually bankrupt "Catholics" the new order has created.

A young woman who lives in Madrid told me that the boys in Juventud de JMJ t-shirts would make lewd comments to her and tried to pick her up as she left her apartment. And the crowds chanted incessantly greeting the Pope. She is homeschooled girl who once wanted to be a nun, but now her facebook friends post such things as "cloro al clero" on her wall.

Shea's reaction reminds me of the liberal reaction to pointing out immodesty in Church. The reaction is always to attack the one who points it out (you shouldn't have been looking anyway, you judger, worry about yourself, etc.) Meanwhile they show absolutely no disdain or ill feelings towards the actual irreverence/ immodesty taking place. It's like insulting the boy who said the Emporer had no clothes, instead of agreeing with him that the Emporer's behavior is ridiculous.

Shea Guevarra is one of the most petulant infighters I've ever seen.

I think the more his notion of the Catholic Church is successfully attacked, the more vindictive and mendacious he'll become.
