  • I remember listening to a sermon on tape.  It was a sermon given by a Traditional Catholic priest.

He was talking about a Masonic book discussing how to bring down the Church.  One of the instructions was to make priests into gourmands.

I wonder how many of the Traditional Clergy have looked at their diets?

Along the same lines, I believe that there is a good chance things will become difficult.  It would not surprise me if Catholics are persecuted as we have been so often in history.  Fat Catholics, clergy or lay people, are going to have a hard time.  This is especially true of priests that may be required to travel by foot to administer the sacraments.  Although we may joke about certain priests and the distance between them and a keyboard, at some point it may not be a joke.

As the saying goes, there is nothing worse than a reformed smoker(drunk).  Given that I have dropped 40 lbs, maybe I fall into this category.

Hats off to Father Leibitis(SSPX).  A few years ago, he lost a lot of weight.

  • Where is Fr. Libietis these days? He went from St Peregrines in Ohio to BVM academy in Syracuse, then somewhere else, I guess.
It would be comparatively easy for us to be holy if only we could always see the character of our neighbours either in soft shade or with the kindly deceits of moonlight upon them. Of course, we are not to grow blind to evil

I heard he's not with SSPX anymore.
