Fr. Stan is too old school.

I bet he can find some ROCKIN' Life-Teen bands that play "Christian Metal". Also some Christian rappers and reggae.

However, I think Cardinal Mahoney is more "traditional" in his musical tastes so perhaps he will sign a Peter, Paul, and Mary tribute band.

Or how about Bob Dylan? If it's good enough for JPII it's good enough for him!

Also Steppenwolf's "Magic Carpet Ride" may be appropriate for the occassion, as well as "Spirit in the Sky".

Fr. Stan, naa, he's like totally 90's and 2000's man, we need something more 2010 like the Punk Priest for Mahony-Fest. :headbanger:
