  • “New Museum Invites Visitors to Desecrate Image of Virgin Mary”

    breitbart.com

The new National Museum of Estonia features an exhibit that invites visitors to desecrate a virtual image of the Virgin Mary, in celebration of the Protestant Reformation in the historically Lutheran nation.

A virtual image of Our Lady of Graces is projected onto a screen in a glass box. The image remains static until a visitor kicks a spot marked out on the plinth of the display. Once this area is kicked the image of Mary shatters into pieces and is replaced by the word “Reformation.” The exhibit then “resets” to the image of the Virgin Mary again, until the next visitor comes forward to kick it.

The Museum was inaugurated on the 29th September 2016 by the President of Estonia and the exhibit itself forms part of area that covers the history of the Reformation in Estonia.

This is what the 500th year of the Protestant Reformation means to the Bishop of Rome Francis.

  • Well, if we suddenly get the news one day that Estonia was turned into virtual obsidian in a moment's time, we won't have to wonder why.

This is one of the 5 reasons for the 5 First Saturdays devotion, reparation for those who instill into the hearts of children contempt for the Virgin Mother of God.

Today's Lutherans are entirely ignorant of what Martin Luther believed, and they probably don't care.  He would never have countenanced such a disgraceful insult toward Our Lady, any more than he would toward any lady, but especially her.  He may have been a heretic but he was not disrespectful toward the Blessed Virgin Mary.

  • I heard in Sweden that statues of the Blessed Virgin Mary were left in the
Churches after the Protestants plundered them  during the reformation.
I did not know until I read the article that Estonia is majority Protestant.

  • Protestants don't just deny Our Lady, they oppose with their whole heart, whole mind and whole soul the very life's work of Our Lord which is the establishment of His Church on Earth.  Protestantism is the work of Satan and maybe even more so than Judaism.  Judaism forces a person to say Yay or Nay to Our Lord whereas Protestantism presents a derisive caricature.

Luther's statue enthroned at the Vatican

On October 13, 2016, Pope Francis did not offer one single word in public to honor Our Lady of Fatima. Instead, he chose to receive on that very day 1,000 Lutherans in Paul VI Hall at the Vatican.

For the event, he ordered that a statue of Martin Luther be erected on the stage in a place of preeminence so that it could preside over the meeting, above and first two rows below.

Next, he received from the Lutherans a bound copy of the 95 theses with which the heresiarch started his revolt, third row.

During the meeting he wore two scarves on his neck, one yellow, symbolizing the Papacy, and one light blue, representing Lutheranism, The two were tied together to signify the union between the Conciliar Church and the Protestant heresy.

-- NOTE:  The color of the scarf on Luther's statue is YELLOW (symbolizing the papacy), not light blue.--

Referring to Luther, Pope Bergoglio said: “The Church’s greatest reformers are the saints, in other words the men and women who follow the Word of the Lord and practice it. This is the path we need to take, this is what reforms the church and they are great reformers. They may not be theologians, they may not have studied, they may be humble, but these people’s soul is steeped in the Gospel, it’s full of it and they are the ones who successfully reform the Church. Both in the Lutheran and Catholic Churches there are saints, men and women with a holy heart who follow the Gospel: they are the Church’s reformers.”

Aren't these words – spoken in the context of this ceremony to honor the heresiarch – an implicit canonization of Luther? But we wonder whether there is still more to come...

Even if there were nothing else to incriminate the Conciliar Church, is this ceremony not sufficient proof that it has completely apostatized from the Catholic Faith?

P.S.  This thread title, "Lutherans incourage to insult the Mother of God" ought to say:
