No different St. Blaise that I know of. And I can't confirm that all novus ordo churches honor St. Blaise. My experience in our diocese was that one novus ordo priest did it, and he said with permission. All traditional priests did it, however. Maybe this wasn't the norm.
It may be relevant that St. Catherine of Alexandria, once even a holy day of obligation, was suppressed; then there are references that JPII gave an option to celebrate. I suppose her feast may be celebrated in the novus ordo in some places. I doubt all. I am mentioning it because it might explain our different experience around the blessing of the throats and St. Blaise.
Either way, these saints are treated differently since Vatican II. While these examples may represent a change, variation or return, I think they can be considered on a thread of suppressed saints since their cultus was changed.
