    Trent -- you're a liar.  Trent doesn't teach BoD.

Popes -- one pseudo Innocent the 3rd in a letter that wouldn't be ex-cathedra anyway

Saints / Doctors -- a couple held the speculative opinion regarding BoD for catechumens only, not your heretical expansion thereof, Ambrose

    Catechisms/Theologians -- polluted by modernism.

Canon Law -- non-doctrinal / pastoral toleration of burial for catechumens, showing only that the Church tolerated BoD for catechumens, again not your heretical expansion of BoD.

I am no liar, and the Council of Trent taught baptism of Desire.  You fear this, because as more Catholics learn this fact, they will see through your heresy.

St. Alphonsus Ligouri, the Holy Office and countless theologians all state what I am saying: Trent taught Baptism of Desire.  It is de fide.  The contrary is heresy.

The Feeneyite heresy cannot withstand the light of truth being shined on it.

Your definition of this so called "heresy" you accuse Fr. Feeney of is that he preached that there was no salvation outside the Church and did not preach that there was salvation outside the Church. - is that the heresy or is it that he preached against salvation for those outside the Church?

He did not preach of salvation outside the Church through one's own personal sincerity. - is that the heresy or is it that he preached against it?

He preached that the sacrament was necessary unto salvation - is that the heresy or is it that he did not preach against the necessity of the sacrament like you do?

He preached the road to hell is paved with good intentions - is that the heresy or is it that you believe the road to heaven is paved with good intentions?

While you labor under study to answer the above questions, why not do the Catholic thing and at least TRY to start and courageously participate in a thread defending the necessity of the Sacrament for the hope of salvation?

Let us know how that works for you.

You are a liar now?  Unbelievable!  These people are proving to either have a limitless amount of ignorance or they are evil and trying to destroy the faith on a Catholic forum.  Good luck with that.  Your Feeneyite heresy is being smashed to smithereens.  And all those of good will and capable of reason see it.  Thanks for giving us such ample opportunity to squash your heresy.
"I receive Thee, redeeming Prince of my soul. Out of love for Thee have I studied, watched through many nights, and exerted myself: Thee did I preach and teach. I have never said aught against Thee. Nor do I persist stubbornly in my views. If I have ever expressed myself erroneously on this Sacrament, I submit to the judgement of the Holy Roman Church, in obedience of which I now part from this world." Saint Thomas Aquinas the greatest Doctor of the Church

What a list!  107 sources from 160 A.D. - 1953.  But neither facts nor proof counts with the Feeneyites.

“Catechisms and other approved books of Christian doctrine, insofar as they are adopted by the ordinaries of the various dioceses for teaching the content of the faith to the people of these dioceses, may be said to express the ordinary magisterium of the Catholic Church… The old standard Baltimore Catechism…[taught] faith to Catholics of an entire nation…Others, like the Roman Catechism or the Catechism of the Council of Trent have had worldwide popularity and use. The unanimous teaching of these catechisms can rightly be considered by the theologians as an indication of the ordinary and universal magisterium of the Catholic Church. The doctrine that is universally or unanimously proposed in these doctrinal books, in such a way that it is presented to practically all of the Catholics of the world as revealed truth, is certainly a verity taught and exposed infallibly in the ordinary and universal magisterium of the Catholic Church,”
    - “The Concept of Sacred Theology,” Rev. J.C. Fenton, 1941
