Those giving the dispensation (i.e. Modernists Bishops) don't have the faith, so i'd argue their dispensation is invalid.

One could argue that it may be a valid dispensation ONLY for those who are in bad health.  However, if one goes to mass, and ultimately dies because they contract a virus/illness, what a sacrifice/grace that is!  How much purgatory time would that take off?  I'd say a lot!

But I do not want to comply with unjust government demands when i know those demands Are ultimately leading to even more restrictions on our faith.
I would suggest you plan a "mini-vacation" and drive 5 hour south of you to visit Bishop Zendejas or Fr. Brocard and ask for their advice given your situation.

I'd stop going there and assist somewhere else even if it meant not going to mass as frequently.  There is an independent sedevacantist chapel in Glenmont, NY which is about 3 1/2 hours from Nicholville (not sure how far you are from Nicholville).
