There were plenty of infiltrators of the early christians who told authorities where masses were being said.  The threat of arrest, fines or martyrdom does not absolve one of the duty to attend mass on Sundays.

What would have happened if the early Christians took down the names of all the faithful who went to Mass and gave the list to the government which was persecuting the Church for those 300 years?

It's called betrayal.  It's happened since the dawn of time.

Yes, but in those times the Priests were on the side of the faithful. Now the Priests are saying to the persecutors "If you want to know where the Catholics are hiding, just ask us and we will point them out to you so you can take them to jail as you wish."

So?  It's called persecution.  It happened to Christ and He told us it'll happen to us, if we follow Him.

Again, that is a different scenario, as those early Christians were not aware of which Priests were the traitors, but this time the Priests has made it known that they will be betrayed should the government asks for the list.

But you would be right if the Priests did not have the ushers taking names as you walked in the door, or if the faithful did not catch the secretary up in the choir loft taking names. But the faithful know in advance that they are being set up.

You make a valid point. Which is why I am struggling. I want to use right reason.
However, we are also currently dispensed from our duty to attend Mass on Sundays, correct? It is all very confusing. I love our priests. They are under extreme pressure. But I do not want to comply with unjust government demands when i know those demands Are ultimately leading to even more restrictions on our faith.

If a certain mass/chapel is your ONLY option, you have to go to Mass, even if you might die (or, in this case, have your name put on a list).  Obviously, i'd go to a different chapel/mass if I could avoid this one.
