Some of these NO nuns are more worldly than some worldlings I know. It's truly pathetic. They're called to follow the King of Kings & sit at His banquet table but wind up being enamored with garbage & trash. What are they thinking?!

She is getting support from all over.....

ROME – Italy’s singing nun, Sister Christina Scuccia, is going viral and could be headed for international stardom after wowing the jury of “The Voice of Italy,” with her rendition of Alicia Keys’ “No One.”

A video of the 25-year-old Sicilian nun belting it out while bopping on stage during a blind audition in her black habit and a large cross necklace has scored more than 19 million views on YouTube since airing March 19 on pubcaster RAI.

Scuccia, a member of the Ursuline Sisters of the Holy Family, has also made a big international media splash, with NBC’s “Today” gushing about her perf on Friday, and “People” and Britain’s “The Guardian” among numerous other outlets taking notice.

“For when you want a taste of sister act!” tweeted Whoopi Goldberg. Even the Vatican’s minister of culture Gianfranco Ravasi has tweeted his admiration.

Scuccia’s blind audition on Italy’s “The Voice” caused all four seemingly stunned judges, Raffaella Carra, Piero Pelu, Noemi and J-Ax, to turn their chairs. She chose to be on the team coached by J-Ax, who is an Italian rapper.

Scuccia, who reportedly took her vows in 2010 after a rebellious adolescence, has been training as a singer for years and previously auditioned for several other TV talent shows, including X-Factor in Italy.

I can't even imagine what censure she would receive from the real Church. I would hope a public penance would be in order for the scandal.

Apparently she has permission for everything that she is doing. If the pope is going to vote for her then he must approve.

Oh, I'm sure the guy dressing in white, playing pope would vote for her! She is playing nun, I think they have a lot in common, they are definitely working for the same master.
