Title: KS CLERGY ABUSE REPORT: SSPX STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION

I tried posting the 25-page PDF to the site but could not figure out how. Anyway, nothing seems to be new from what I have read. Nevertheless, I thought some would be interested in reading it as this was released last week. Hit the link that says 25-page report.

Nothing new from CM. And then there's this:

Sources have told Church Militant pro-SSPX judges in Pottawatomie County (where St. Mary's is located) are stonewalling the KBI investigation.

Such a statement would have constituted contempt of the judiciary in many jurisdictions.

Well, nothing new in that report other than a sentence indicating that the investigation is ongoing.  CM is attempting to spin this as an insinuation of additional crimes by the SSPX.

They’re ramping up, as today Fr. Matthew Stafki makes his court appearance.

Your original post here would indicate that the 25-page report is all about the investigation of the SSPX in KS, as though all of the victims mentioned in the report are affiliated with the SSPX. The Church Militant report on the subject also gives that impression, especially if someone doesn't carefully read the article. Church Militant doesn't appear to have any concern for the majority of victims in the report, who are actually associated with the diocese, not the SSPX. Typical smear job done by Church Militant TV. Not that the SSPX is without fault or guilt. But it's sad to see a dishonest accounting of the situaton by CM.

Well, CM does hate the SSPX; there is no about that. The investigation is into the four Dioceses in Kansas and the SSPX. I copied and pasted the title from the CM article; sorry for the confusion.
