one of the thing you mentioned is "keeper of bad company"I didn't think that it is an accusation since Jesus realy ate with publicans and he went amongst bad women to lead them to repentance and conversion.
a NO priest used the words "friend of sinners" to imply that Jesus loves the sinners.I saw him on EWTN he said"Jesus loves the sinners and wants to marry them!".I wonder whether the words "friend of sinners" is a Jєωιѕн accusation or a way to say that our Lord loves us?
the other thing in the bible is "glutton and drunkard" saint Thomas says that Jesus was not an ascetic,so again I wonder.
Saint Gregory says that it is a kind of gluttony to eat and drink for the purpose of mere enjoyment. Some say that God is above his laws and is not bound to obey them.and we know that Jesus used wine,I know that a little cup is not excessive but I think everybody tastes it for enjoyment not in order to get rid of hunger or thirst!
