Unfortunately folks get hung up on the  "formal declaration" bit, ignoring the Divine Law/no need for formal declaration issue.

Sure, but he's afraid to just say "Bergoglio, you are a heretic and lack supernatural faith."  Whether that would depose him ipso facto or required a declaration is entirely a separate issue.

Yes.  I recommend Fr. Paul Kramer's excellent two volumes of "To Deceive the Elect" on this topic.

Inching slowly towards the realization…
[video]
Can an anti-pope "resign" from the papacy?
This is from 2018. Apparently, Voris stopped inching because he should have called Frank a heretic and anti-pope by now.

His financial backers probably objected.  He can't afford to lose too much of his audience as he tries to make a good living off his broadcasts.

As I said, he had a recent video in which he denounced those who promote and condone sodomy as heretics.  I approved in the comments section but then asked, what does that make Bergoglio?  Answer: a heretic (the whole video was about how Beroglgio promotes those who promote sodomy).  I wonder if my comment is still there or whether it's been purged by a moderator.

Voris is 100% controlled asset and will never turn on his masters because they could ruin and/or kill him. Guaranteed his well known ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ proclivities and possibly some film acting/production skills for certain elites got him the job he has now. There has never been any evidence to support the details of his career prior to CM, even his conversion story doesn't line up with reality. He will do everything to validate conservative NOrdos just shy of SSPX and to attack Abp. Lefebvre's character so as to damage the TLM community at large. The only ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ he needs to worry about extracting from public life is himself.
